Ritu Sharma

Ritu Sharma serves as an Education Coordinator in the Emergency Department at St. Michael’s Hospital, supporting the academic and educational experience of medical learners in a fast-paced clinical environment.
I coordinate scheduling, orientation, and rotations for residents, fellows, and medical students, and work closely with physicians to support academic appointments and key initiatives such as Emergency Medicine rounds, in-situ simulation, and Critical Care Skills Day.
I’m passionate about creating efficient systems and a supportive learning environment that helps both learners and clinicians thrive while delivering high-quality patient care.
